  • On-demand / print products: typically 2–7 business days

Processing times begin after payment has been successfully received.

Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and may vary due to:

  • customs processing (for international orders)

6. Dropshipping and Fulfillment Partners

This means that items may be shipped directly from manufacturers, print providers, or fulfillment centers located in different regions.

As a result, shipping origin and delivery times may vary depending on the product and supplier.

This does not affect your contractual rights. Comcrete UG remains the seller and is responsible for customer service and order fulfillment.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We recommend checking local import regulations before placing an order.

8. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Not all products or shipping methods include tracking.
